Refunds

We only refund customers who received damaged items or items/ sizes different from their order. Please make sure to check our size guide before making a purchase. You must reach out within 15 days of receiving your order. Let us know about the issue via support@gonzothreadz.com, and we'll help you from there!

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made to order, we cannot issue returns or exchanges. However, if you have received a damaged item, a wrong item, or a different size than you chose, we will happily send you a replacement, free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, we will offer a full refund. Please message support@gonzothreadz.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
