Shipping policy

Fulfillment & Shipping Time

All of our items are custom-made as soon as the order is placed. It should take approximately 2 to 7 business days for the item to be fulfilled before being shipped out. The average shipping time is 4 business days, depending on the destination.

For international shipping, fulfillment can take 1 to 5 business days, and 4 to 15 business days for delivery.

You will receive an email confirming your order has been sent out, along with a tracking number!
 

Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your item(s) and the destination of your order. To see the exact shipping cost, add any desired items to your cart and continue to checkout. A rate will be calculated for you once you enter your shipping address.

Tracking

All of our items are shipped with tracking available.
After your item and its shipping label are created, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. It will update you on your order.
